Jack Welsh

My Mom emailed these to me. This is my grandfather, Jack. And because I didn't have them to post on Memorial Day... I'll post them today on what would have been his 90th birthday.

This one was from WWII...

and this one is when he was promoted to Major (that's my Grandmother on the left).

I bet he would think it was cool that he now has THREE great-grandsons named "Jack" (My oldest son being one of the three).

Now everyone go have a gupenheimer in honor of Jack!

I went scouting today with Bethany and a few of the kids. We found a couple of spots we like... and the kids found some dandelions they like.

Happy Memorial Day!

I wanted to post some pics of my Grandfather, who was a Lt Col in the Army but I don't have any on my computer. However he's not the only family member I have that has served... let's see Uncles, both parents, brother-in-law, cousins and... my hubby!

This is us in 1996 at his Navy Ball, while he was at Marquette...
This is in 1998 in San Diego with our oldest son...

Again with our son. Kevin was on watch and we stopped by to visit him...

And this last one was just before saying goodbye for a 6 month cruise...

Awesome Opportunity (Albuquerque Childrens Photographer)
